We provide the following as part of our quality service:

• Always place mats at doorways, exterior and interior to prevent dirt and grit damaging the floor.
• Always wipe up all food or liquid spills immediately.
• Use felt floor protectors on the feet of all furniture where possible.
• Never wet mop a wooden floor.
• Sweep and vacuum at least once every week
• Don’t use wax, soap or other household cleaners on wooden floors coated with lacquer.    
• Only use wood floor cleaning products such as Bona Floor Care or Junckers Sylva Cleaner
• Keep pets claws trimmed
